This patch is insubstantial. Perhaps people expect too much. That doesn't make the patch any less insubstantial. I think the insult you were looking for was fanboi not brown-nose. You say unsubstantial. Yup they are not doing crap for "internet spaceships" Then you reflect on the past, and think, oh yea, we have all been pssing and moaning about lag. So CCP works on it, in some ways that are obvious like time-dialation, and some ways like CarbonIO. This patch will reduce server CPU load and changes the foundation of the back door mechanics of the game. But of course, thats not really any work and it definitely has no effect on gameplay. And above all, no one wanted this or has been asking for it, I mean wtf WAS ccp thinking? They should really just give us a new ship and completely change a ship class for balancing reasons in a way that of course everyone will be happy about. And even then, Eve, as always, will still be dying. Edit, spelling herpa derp
